On document quality. Scans must be complete and legible, showing all four edges of the page. Partial crops and screenshots of documents are the most common cause of an application being returned.
Languages
Documents in English or Arabic are accepted directly. Documents in other languages should be accompanied by a translation, and we may ask for a certified translation where a document is central to the decision.
How long evidence stays valid
Address and utility evidence should be dated within the previous three months at the time of application. Registration documents may be older provided they remain current.
