Each VBC certificate carries an ID in the form VBC-IND-2026-000001: the scheme, a country code, the year of issue and a sequence number. Enter one on the verification page, or scan the QR code printed on the certificate.

What a record shows
The business name as registered, the certification level, the scope of what was verified, the issue and expiry dates, and the current status. Status is read at the moment you load the page, so a certificate that has lapsed or been withdrawn shows as such immediately.
